Job Description
5 Star Innovations seeks a full-time Customer Support Representative to serve the US market. Night shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Monthly salary: Rs. 50,00–60,00. Candidates must have at least 6 months’ experience supporting US clients; 1 year in technology or internet services preferred.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat; resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.
- Meet established KPIs in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
- Strong spoken and written English, effective problem-solving, and CRM familiarity are required.
