About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead our QA efforts within our BPO operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality processes, evaluating agent performance, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
The QA Manager will establish quality assurance standards, monitor agent interactions, deliver feedback and training, collaborate with operations teams, analyze performance metrics, and conduct audits to guarantee compliance.
