Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer service team in the UK. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, assist customers via voice and chat, and provide effective solutions tailored to their needs. You will also maintain organized records of customer interactions, oversee customer accounts, and carry out data entry tasks.
Skills Required: A background in international call centers, exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in computer operations are critical for this position. This is a full-time role, operating Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays. The salary ranges from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
