Job Description
The-Hiring is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee several retail bakery outlets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail operations, sales growth, and team leadership, particularly within the bakery, food retail, or FMCG sectors.
Key Responsibilities: This role includes managing daily sales operations, achieving revenue targets, recruiting and training staff, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales reports, ensuring brand consistency, and addressing customer feedback.
Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, 3 to 5 years of retail sales management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a willingness to travel.
