Job Summary: We are currently looking for a Telesales & Retention Officer. In this role, you will focus on retaining customers who have canceled transactions and provide support to users experiencing difficulties.
Requirements: Candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of experience in telesales or customer support. Excellent communication skills are a must.
