Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Shift Incharge to manage daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure compliance with patient care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pharmacy staff and oversee workflow efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely prescription fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role are required.
