Job Description
ABS International is excited to announce a job opening for the position of Call Quality Assurance Officer at our logistics call center located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This is an on-site role with a competitive salary package and a schedule from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing quality procedures, ensuring compliance, generating reports, identifying training needs, and conducting call evaluations to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications: Candidates should have over one year of call center QA experience, knowledge of QA methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work evening shifts.
