Job Description
The Fit Day Club is seeking dynamic and driven Call Center Agents for an outbound campaign based in the United States. This position involves making cold calls to prospective clients, promoting our services, and generating valuable leads over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
- Consistently achieve performance targets.
- Professionally handle customer objections.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Comfortable with cold calling.
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience is required.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
Compensation: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
