Job Description
Jani Biryani is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Supervisor to manage our kitchen inventory, stock, and supply chain operations at our centralized kitchen. The successful candidate will oversee supplies, maintain optimal stock levels, accurately record usage, and input daily inventory data into our system.
Key responsibilities include generating stock reports, implementing cleanliness protocols, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operational workflows. Prior experience in kitchen management and familiarity with inventory systems are highly desired.
