Job Description
XAD Technologies is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Secretary to provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO. This full-time position is located at the NASTP Building, Gate No. 2, Old Airport Road. The salary ranges from Rs80,00 to Rs90,00, including health insurance benefits.
The Executive Secretary will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings and travel, and draft professional reports and correspondence. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 3–5 years of relevant experience, along with advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
