Job Description
ANA SOLUTIONS is seeking motivated individuals to enhance our team as Chat Support Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers through chat services, providing vital information and resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction. We are looking for candidates aged 17 to 22 who are eager to make a positive impact.
- Provide assistance to customers via chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve various problems
- Stay informed about our products and services
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
- Exude a positive and approachable demeanor
This position requires reliable commuting to our Karachi Clifton office, and candidates will work in person.
