Job Description
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Walee Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Jr. Customer Support Associate to join our growing team in Islamabad. If you are passionate about assisting customers, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic fintech environment, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide assistance with loan eligibility and application questions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.
- Maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Record customer interactions accurately in CRM.
- Monitor social media for customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
- Proficient with technology and organized.
- Positive attitude and a desire to learn.
