Job Description
The Medicator’s is looking for a motivated and experienced Billing Executive to become a vital part of our expanding team. The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the U.S. medical billing process and demonstrate proficiency in managing claims effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance providers.
- Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain billing records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with insurance representatives and clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in U.S. medical billing.
- Familiarity with ECW, Kareo, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability for night shifts is required.
