Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Email Support Specialist to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally managing customer inquiries and resolving issues through email in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently respond to customer emails, provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 6 months to 2 years of experience in email/chat support, excellent communication skills in English, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
