Job Description
Department: Retail Banking
Reports To: General Manager
Job Purpose: We seek a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee a network of branches, spearheading growth initiatives and ensuring compliance while nurturing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving targets related to deposits, loans, and overall profitability, while promoting a culture of high performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the banking sector
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance
- Outstanding leadership and analytical capabilities
- Proficient in MS Excel
Compensation: Rs250,00.00 – Rs400,00.00 per month
