Job Description
Velosi is seeking a dedicated full-time Document Controller to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess a DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) or an equivalent qualification.
Key responsibilities include receiving, categorizing, and securely storing documents, maintaining master files, implementing version control, liaising with various departments, and assisting in audits. Preferred candidates will have experience in document control and be familiar with document management systems.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Upholding confidentiality is critical to this role.
