Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations in our IT company. You will implement HR strategies and policies, manage recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and retention initiatives, conduct exit interviews, and handle employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Must have: 2+ years in a software house environment; proven experience leading recruitment, performance management, and employee development; strong employee relations skills; high confidentiality and professionalism; up-to-date HR knowledge.
- Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years HR management in an IT-related firm; Bachelor’s or Master’s in HRM.
- Job type: Full-time, in person — reliable commute or relocation to Faisalabad required.
