Job Description
We seek an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality control. The role leads and coordinates crews, enforces safety and building-code compliance, resolves on-site issues, and communicates progress to project managers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing reports, tracking materials and equipment, and optimizing resources to meet timelines and cost targets.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of site management experience; strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and OSHA safety regulations; valid driver’s license and ability to read plans
