Job Description
Samad Rubber Works is seeking a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager, Sales Operations to supervise and Customer Service team and ensure high-quality client support and timely receivable management.
- Schedule regular customer meetings to maintain current accounts payable and monitor collections.
- Prepare biannual customer feedback reports for distributors and direct clients.
- Route customer inquiries to appropriate departments and follow through to resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and share ledger and aging reports with stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing and 3–4 years’ experience in Sales Operations. Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills required.
