Job Description

Ventures, a U.S.-based brokerage, seeks a full-time Customer Support Executive to manage 15–20 inbound/outbound calls daily to warm leads. Duties include explaining services, pricing, and shipments; converting leads into bookings; maintaining follow-ups and call records; and delivering professional service. The role is in person with a 7:30 PM–4:30 AM schedule. Compensation includes a stable base salary plus attractive per-booking commissions, no sales targets, and training provided.

• Requirements: 6–12 months U.S./UK sales experience;
• excellent English, strong persuasion and negotiation skills;
• basic sales/customer service knowledge and a positive attitude.
