Job Description
Techsol IT seeks 20 full-time Customer Service Sales Representatives / International Sales Agents for a night shift based at Shahra-e-Faisal (shift begins 12:00 AM). Base salary PKR 75,00 plus commission; average take-home approximately PKR 90,00. On-the-road role.
- Responsibilities: outbound cold calling to international clients, present IT services, qualify leads, record CRM entries, meet KPIs, handle objections, and close sales.
- Requirements: neutral/near-native English, minimum 6 months cold-calling or sales experience, excellent communication and persuasion skills, punctuality, team orientation, target-driven, and resilience to rejection; CRM experience preferred.
