Job Description
AS Aura is hiring Night Call Center Agents (7 PM–3 AM, Mon–Sat). Compensation: PKR 20,00–40,00 plus commissions. Agents will make outbound and receive inbound calls to U.S. customers regarding ACA, Medicare, and DME. Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, collecting and verifying data, transferring qualified leads to senior closers, adhering to compliance scripts, and achieving performance targets.
- Experience preferred; freshers with strong English encouraged; American accent a plus
- Requirements: night availability, persuasive listening, basic computer skills, Matric/Intermediate+, age 18–30
