Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist for the night shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat. The role requires accurate logging of interactions, adherence to procedures, and timely escalation when necessary. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to work independently.
- Minimum: high school diploma; prior customer service experience preferred
