Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
- Post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assist candidate communications.
- Maintain confidential personnel files, support payroll coordination, and prepare basic HR reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, at least one year of internship or entry-level experience, strong communication skills, discretion, and proficiency in MS Office. We offer a collaborative team environment, training, and opportunities for professional growth.
