Job Description
OLX is seeking a Telesales Executive to achieve monthly sales targets by identifying prospects, providing end-to-end issue resolution, delivering standardized solutions, maintaining strong client engagement, and managing client databases and sales forecasts. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Lahore with a salary of Rs40,00/month.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree; minimum 1 year outbound/inbound sales experience; excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; proven call-handling ability; proactive client relationship management.
- Key responsibilities: prospecting, closing sales, client retention, reporting, and forecasting.
