Job Description
HRPSP — Your Strategic HR Partner is hiring a full-time, in-person Volunteer Activities Coordinator in Islamabad to manage volunteer programs and citizen-facing services. Responsibilities include organizing and assigning volunteer tasks, scheduling and recording attendance, arranging trainings and events, monitoring volunteer performance, and submitting daily reports to management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution; strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; professional, well-groomed appearance; confident public-facing demeanor; and the ability to engage citizens courteously and empathetically.
