Job Description
We seek a disciplined Boiler House Supervisor to oversee boiler operations and support staff in a textile manufacturing environment. The role enforces SOPs and safety standards, maintains hourly/daily logs for pressure, temperature, fuel consumption and water treatment, coordinates steam demand with Dyeing & Printing, monitors feed water quality, conducts routine inspections and basic maintenance, and responds to first‑level emergencies while escalating critical issues. Maintain housekeeping and compliance with factory and environmental regulations.
- Requirements: Diploma/certificate in Boiler Operation, Mechanical or Utilities preferred; textile/process experience desirable.
- Must be shift‑ready, calm under pressure, with reliable record‑keeping and basic communication skills.
- Full‑time, on‑site. Pay: Rs40,00–Rs60,00/month.
