Position Overview:
Nestlé is seeking a dedicated Team Leader Operations to oversee both inbound and outbound processes at our Distribution Center. In this role, you will lead a team, ensuring efficient decision-making and smooth daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include optimizing labor productivity, coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and implementing best warehouse practices.
The ideal candidate will possess an MBA or Bachelor of Engineering, have relevant experience in Distribution Operations, and be proficient in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules”.
