Job Description
HRI Private Limited is seeking a proficient ICT Technician with 3-4 years of experience in help desk and technical support roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network issues, and possess expertise in both Windows and Linux environments.
Your primary responsibilities will include delivering technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, and managing user accounts and security settings. We highly value candidates with strong problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Preferred qualifications encompass IT certifications, as well as experience with cloud platforms and scripting for automation.
