Job Description
Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of The Mall. This vital role ensures that our housekeeping staff adhere to high-quality standards, creating a safe and inviting environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping personnel, including hiring and training.
- Establish and uphold cleaning standards and procedures.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist in developing and overseeing the housekeeping budget.
- Promptly address guest inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Develop training programs for staff development.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality management is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in housekeeping is essential. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are a necessity.
