Job Description
We are looking for a committed HR Manager to oversee our Human Resources, Administration, and Operations departments. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional leadership capabilities and have a focus on achieving results.
Work Schedule: Part-time from 6 PM to 12 AM and Full-time from 7 PM to 4 AM (evening and night shifts).
Compensation: Salary will range from Rs 45,00 to Rs 65,00, along with additional incentives.
Key responsibilities include managing the HR team, recruiting talent, conducting interviews, and maintaining comprehensive employee records.
Position Types: Full-time and Part-time available.
