Job Description
Dr. Ziauddin Hospital Clifton Campus is actively seeking a skilled Pharmacist to be a part of our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate should possess a Pharm-D degree and have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately
- Monitor clinical outcomes and provide essential drug information to ensure optimal patient care
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical distributors to guarantee safe and economical drug utilization
- Maintain secure and appropriate storage of medicinal products
- Handle the preparation and dispensing of extemporaneous compounds
