Job Description

Jinglecred Digital Finance Limited is looking for a committed Training Executive to design, implement, and evaluate training programs for our call center team. This essential role is critical in ensuring that our employees possess the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and facilitate training programs for onboarding and skill development.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and assess their training needs.
• Develop training materials and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs.
• Work closely with department heads to identify and address skill gaps.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1-2 years of training experience in a call center, excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Location: Main IJP Road, Islamabad | Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs50,00 per month
