Job Description
Appedology PVT Ltd. is in search of a meticulous and organized Billing Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate billing statements and verifying accounts, while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue billing statements.
- Verify billing data for accuracy.
- Distribute monthly balance statements.
- Achieve key performance indicators related to billing production.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; accounting degree preferred.
- Practical experience in billing or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
