Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Calling Agent to join our team. In this role, you will manage incoming calls on the UAN from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Keep an accurate log of complaints and inquiries.
• Direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Address complaints within the designated turnaround time (TAT).

Experience: Fresh graduates to 1 year of experience preferred.

Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial State, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs 25,00.00 – Rs 30,00.00 per month.
