Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated Client Engagement Executive to connect with potential school clients through phone outreach. Your goal will be to generate leads, share information about our services, and schedule appointments for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote school trip packages.
- Record daily calls and provide updates to the team lead.
- Develop strong relationships with clients via phone.
- Address inquiries and thoroughly explain our services.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead targets.
Requirements:
- Intermediate education minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; customer service experience is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems.
