Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is looking for a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to serve as the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will warmly welcome guests, provide detailed knowledge of our products and services, manage check-ins and bookings, and resolve any guest complaints efficiently. Additionally, you will help foster positive relationships with guests and collaborate with various departments to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests.
- Provide information about our products/services.
- Manage check-ins and bookings.
- Resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
- Foster positive guest relationships.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Previous experience in guest service.
