Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is currently seeking a skilled and professional Call Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, delivering accurate information regarding our products and services, and ensuring meticulous records of customer interactions are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide precise information about our offerings
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments when necessary
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions
- Effectively resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
