Job Description
Abendsoft seeks a professional Customer Service Representative with excellent written and verbal English to manage customer emails and tickets promptly. This full-time, on-site role (Johar Town, Lahore) requires availability Monday–Friday plus one weekend day, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to emails/tickets within 12 working hours and keep inboxes low.
- Handle inquiries professionally, use critical thinking to retain customers, and report complaint trends.
- Meet daily email targets without sacrificing quality; utilize Excel and ChatGPT as needed.
Requirements: strong Shopify experience, background in high-volume email support, and prior work in a fast-paced environment.
