Schedule: Monday-Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT | Full-Time
ABS International is seeking a BPO Compliance Auditor to uphold regulatory standards in our evening call center operations. In this role, you will conduct weekly audits, monitor agent performance, and prepare compliance reports to ensure excellence.
Requirements: Applicants should possess 1-2 years of experience in BPO compliance auditing, proficiency in Workforce Management (WFM) tools, and robust analytical skills. Fluency in English is essential.
