We are seeking a Call Center Compliance Officer to uphold our operational integrity during night shifts. This critical role involves developing compliance policies, mitigating risks through diligent monitoring and audits, and performing PCI DSS/GDPR compliance assessments.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess 1-2 years of call center compliance experience, familiarity with BPO regulatory frameworks, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts.
