Job Description
Salary: Competitive Salary
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
ABS International is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment during night shifts at our Karachi offices located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Gulstan-e-Johar. This role is crucial in steering our strategic hiring efforts to foster company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems to efficiently manage candidates.
- Facilitate onboarding and employee programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition with proficiency in ATS.
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Must be available for night shifts.
