Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of customer information in our database.
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel.
- Deliver exceptional customer support through various communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
