Job Description

AdalFi, a pioneering fintech company transforming digital lending in Pakistan, is on the lookout for a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within the Software and IT sectors.

You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, effectively sourcing candidates through various platforms, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to align with their hiring requirements. A bachelor’s or master’s degree, along with demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter, is essential.
