Job Description

Job Overview: Advance Tech is on the lookout for a dependable and experienced IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, UPS systems, and CCTV technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain IT hardware and software
• Troubleshoot UPS systems
• Provide support for audio/video conferencing equipment
• Oversee the maintenance of CCTV cameras
• Offer general IT support as required
Qualifications:
• Diploma with relevant experience
• In-depth understanding of computer systems
• Previous experience with UPS and CCTV/AV systems is a plus
• Must be responsible, trustworthy, and capable of working independently
