Job Description
We are excited to announce an open position for an HR Officer (Fresh Graduate) with our esteemed client, AEG Consulting, located in Islamabad. The selected candidate will undertake various responsibilities, including assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records and databases, supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives, coordinating HR-related matters with different departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Candidate Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field is required. Previous internship experience in HR is an advantage. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
