Job Description
Agahe Pakistan is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Area Manager for Microfinance operations across several districts, including Okara, Pakpattan, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Multan, Muzafargarh, Khanewal, Layyah, Rajanpur, Kasur, and Vehari.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee loan disbursement verification.
- Conduct recovery visits and meetings with clients.
- Ensure adherence to business quality standards and policies.
- Monitor team performance and address conflicts effectively.
- Conduct periodic compliance checks related to AML/CFT regulations.
Compensation & Benefits: The position offers a competitive salary range of Rs80,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month, commensurate with experience, along with a Provident Fund, EOBI, bonuses, and health insurance.
Job Type: This is a full-time, in-person role.
