Job Description
Allianz Call Center Pvt. Ltd. is hiring two experienced Closers for Forex sales at ISE Tower, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad. This full-time position requires leading a sales team to convert warm leads into active Forex traders, close high-value accounts, maintain client deposits and activations, and exceed KPIs (minimum 12 closures/month).
- Requirements: 2–3 years as a Forex Closer, strong knowledge of trading platforms and markets, excellent negotiation and communication skills, leadership to motivate teams. English required; Arabic advantageous.
- Compensation: PKR 150,00–200,00 base salary, uncapped commissions, and high-performance incentives.
