Job Description
Alpha Logistics LLC, a leading provider of Hajj and Umrah travel services, is seeking a full-time Umrah Travel Specialist. You will consult clients on packages and itineraries; manage bookings (flights, hotels, ground transportation); assist with visa, passport, and vaccination documentation; provide pre-, during-, and post-travel support; and ensure compliance with Saudi Umrah regulations.
- Qualifications: travel sales or customer service experience (religious tourism preferred); strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities; familiarity with Umrah requirements.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs70,00 per month. Work location: in person.
