Job Description
We are looking for a committed HR Officer to oversee the complete recruitment process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. You will be responsible for conducting orientations, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting the development of HR policies.
Your role will also involve managing daily HR administrative tasks and fostering a positive work culture. Additionally, you will handle the administration of in-house health insurance and implement travel policies, focusing on cost-effective solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a BBA (Hons) with a specialization in HR and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
